My approach

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, burnt out? Are mental health struggles keeping you from living your best life? These symptoms are telling you that it’s time for change. I understand it takes a lot of courage to ask for help, but you don’t have to do it alone. I can help you find balance and teach you skills to sustain wellbeing. I provide holistic and evidence-based interventions specific to your goals, including (but not limited to) art therapy, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I can help you process your past experiences, and we can work together to better resolve current challenges as well as celebrate the joys.

Why Blooming Lotus?

Did you know that the Lotus blooms from the murkiest, muddiest swamps? The roots begin under the water and its buds find the surface where they burst into beautiful flowers. The lotus plant is able to draw nourishment from mud to then present a beautiful flower, just as humans are able to gain insight through challenging experiences. The lotus flower reminds us that even through the toughest challenges, we can grow.

As founder of Blooming Lotus Psychotherapy, I believe you deserve to bloom, and I am here to support you through the mud.
