What are you looking for?

You’ll be asked a few questions to help me get a better understanding of why you are seeking therapy at this time. You will also be asked a few questions regarding your history with therapy and what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past.

Determine together if I am the right fit for your needs

If we both feel this is an optimal fit, we can move forward and get you scheduled for an intake session, usually within one week of the consultation.

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do.

When will I feel better?

The therapeutic process is different for everyone. What you put into therapy is what you will get out of it though. It is important to continue to practice and process outside of therapy to build the best habits.
